New Rose Red

Rose Red's new costume.

I do like Stacy's original "Captain Generic" look, and it'll probably be back sooner or later. But after she got the drastic change in hairstyle, it made sense to update the rest of her look as well, reflecting how Imperium City has toughened her. It's streamlined with - at Noir's suggestion - some additional gadgets for protection.
(I intended to have a white "R" emblem on her chest, but the leotard is jacket layer only, so no luck.)
